Once again we will have a multi-course meal with not just explanations of the food and culture, but performances of the music and dance of this fascinating region. The menu is substantially different from the previous event and as follows:

Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, and you may bring your own wine or beer.
All menu items are included with your $60 ticket. This event will be held at a private residence in Long Beach. Exact address will be given once tickets are purchased.
This event will not run unless we have at least sixteen sign-ups two weeks in advance, and we can accommodate a maximum of 24 people. If we do not get our minimum number all tickets will be refunded in full.
Please note that this event is for guests and members of the Culinary Historians of Southern California. Membership is inexpensive and open to the general public.
