“Edible Delights in History” Panel Discussion at The Getty Center

Nancy Zaslavsky leads a panel discussion on the Getty’s exhibitions about food, “The Edible Monument: The Art of Food for Festivals,” and “Be Merry: Food in the Middle Ages and Renaissance,” with Getty curators Marcia Reed and Christine Sciacca, and noted culinary authority Anne Willan.

Marcia Reed is chief curator of the Getty Research Institute. Christine Sciacca is assistant curator of manuscripts at the J. Paul Getty Museum. Anne Willan, a preeminent authority on French cooking has more than fifty years of experience as a teacher, cookbook author, and culinary historian. Nancy Zaslavsky, vice president for programs of CHSC, is an award-winning author specializing in regional Mexican cuisine.
