Proceeds from the sale go towards building the Los Angeles Public Library’s culinary collection. LAPL has one of the most extensive culinary collections in the country, with over 18,000 cookbooks. Along with the cookbooks, we will also have magazines, menus, and other culinary ephemera for sale.
